We follow the standards of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). All matters will be held confidential.
In order to qualify, your business must have been in existence at least 1 year. Here is an example of our process:
Step 1: Send us your most current financial statement (balance sheet and profit and loss). Or send us your current budget along with a current balance sheet (the balance sheet should coincide with the beginning month of the budget).
Step 2: We will commence the first draft. You will be sent a PDF file of the first draft reports. We will have a phone meeting (of up to one hour) to discuss the first draft.
Step 3: We will forward you a list of the additional information we need in order to provide you with the second draft.
Step 4: After we receive the requested information we will prepare a second draft of the reports. We will have a second phone meeting (of up to one hour) to discuss the second draft.
Step 5: We will complete the process and send you the final reports. We will have a final phone meeting (of up to 30 minutes) to discuss the final draft.
